Born in the basement of a small desktop print shop in Piscataway, New Jersey, the company, For Nee Nee’s Sake! was founded by Vanetta Hill, in memory of her mother, the late Wanda L. Woolfolk-Jones, whom her grandchildren fondly called "Nee Nee."

For Nee Nee’s Sake! was birthed from a desire to respond, with a personal touch, to sympathy acknowledgments received from family, friends and co-workers who came to give their love and support during the time of Vanetta’s bereavement. After searching many card stores and not finding anything that suited her, Vanetta prayed and being lead by God sat down and began to write the first collection of Sympathy Thank You cards inspired by God for "For Nee Nee's Sake!"

Today For Nee Nee’s Sake! offices are still located in Piscataway with printing and distribution located in Union, New Jersey. All cards are inspired by God with many having scriptures from the Word of God, the Bible.

For Nee Nee's Sake! is a ministry to glorify God and in memory of Vanetta’s dear mother, Wanda L. Woolfolk-Jones. She was the greatest servant-vessel that God used to meet the needs of others in secret. To God be the glory For Nee Nee’s Sake!
